COURSE LEVEL

Defibrillation/AED course

What is this course about?

It is estimated that without a defibrillator the chances of survival using just CPR goes down by 20% with every minute that passes. The chances of a person surviving a heart attack using a defibrillator are far higher than that of just using CPR alone.
The first part of the course will cover the basics of CPR and the emergency action plan. The second part of the course then goes on to introduce the defrillator and its use.
