Course Summary

Would you like to know how you can provide health meals for your family at a low cost? If so this course will meet your needs. This course will look at nutritious foods which will meet the needs of our family, but will not break the budget. We will look at the foods tat adults and children' should be eating, and also how to prepare and cook meals to provide at home.
