Course Summary
The units are directly related to the candidates' role in school and cover the following areas:- supporting learning activities
- health and safety and safeguarding
- promoting positive behaviour
- working as a team
- maintaining a learning environment
- providing displays
- supporting curriculum subjects, eg literacy and numeracy.

Entry Requirements
No formal academic qualifications are required but candidates should have a good standard of literacy and numeracy.Candidates can progress from a level 2 to a level 3 programme, and from level 3 to a Foundation degree in Education.
How Is It Taught
This is a taught programme requiring attendance in college each week to understand the theory, 1:1 tutorials and observation in the workplace.What Could I do Next
