This course is designed to meet your individual needs if you require support to progress. You will work towards achieving targets and milestones to support your personal development towards progression as well as undertaking short awards in English and maths. The course will give you the confidence and skills to progress onto mainstream vocational programmes

English and maths Stepping Stone short awards 1-1 review with your personal tutor to discuss development of skills to support your progression

How Is It Taught

You will be taught in a variety of ways including classroom based delivery to develop your personal and social skills, you will undertake enterprise activities to support the development of English, maths, problem solving and team work, as well as other practical activities including motor vehicle, construction, hair and beauty (you can choose)

What Could I do Next

vocational programmes within the curriculum areas of the college, or you may wish to progress to the Routes to Employment pathway within Foundation Studies
