CG L2 Dip in Plumbing Studies
What is this course about?
The qualification covers many areas within plumbing and domestic heating, such as hot and cold water supplies, central heating, electrical principles and processes in BSE, sanitation, scientific principles in plumbing, common plumbing processes and understanding health and safety within Building Services Engineering. Candidates will be assessed by on-demand multiple choice tests (available throgh the City & Guilds assessment platform e-volve online tests) and practical assignments. This is a level two diploma in plumbing studies. This is not an NVQ qualification. The course fee is per annum.
Although there are no formal qualifications, an interview and trade devised entry assessment are required.
How is it taught
Learning takes place in a friendly and relaxed environment. Your lecturer or the guidance team are there to help you get the most from your course. The course is split between theory and practical.

City and Guilds is a nationally recognised vocational qualification which provides the background knowledge and skills in a specific work related area.
