CMI Dip in First Line Management
What is this course about?
The Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management is designed for supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity, this qualification gives junior managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency, it will also build on and develop your existing management skills and knowledge. Typical units include: Resource planning, Recruitment and selection, Being a leader, Management team dynamics, Improving team performance.
How is it taught
The course consists of a formal weekly lecture based at the Cauldon Campus. This will consist of a mixture of taught input, group activities and individual resource. One of the key aspects of delivery is linking theory to your own working practice.
