What is this course about?
this course is designed to follow on from the Level 2 course in Fitness Instructing, and takes the principles and knowledge covered on that course to a more advanced level. The course will allow you to apply your knowledge in a more diverse and specific way to meet the needs of individuals more specifically. Aspects such as Nutrition and sports performance are added to the knowledge base of the learners.
How is it taught
The course is delivered through a series of theoretical sessions and workshops to support your development. Additional home study is required to complete coursework and assessment material.

Learning support can be provided for those with learning difficulties/disabilities if required.
What could I do next?
Additional level 3 units in specific aspects exercise and fitness such as Exercise Referal, Business Skills and instructing Outdoor Exercise.
