With World Mental Health Day (10th October) coming up, it’s important to remember that as mental health problems can affect anyone at any time, we are committed to supporting our staff and students however we can.


To highlight the importance of mental health, our counsellor Joy will be hosting Muscle Relaxation and Deep Breathing Workshops within classes across both campuses, and a Walk in the Park (Burslem Park & Hanley Park). See information below to take part in the walking activities.

Cauldon ‘Walk in the Park’ Thursday 10th October 12.15pm-12.45pm & 1.15pm-1.45pm. Students to meet Joy at Cauldon Reception.
