Course Summary

This is a full-time course offered to 16-18 year olds for whom English is not their first language. The programme is designed to give students the language and study skills necessary to access further study programmes within FE, and provide them with the essential skills to live and work in the UK. Students attend ESOL classes at Entry 1, Entry 2, Entry 3 and prepare for the ESOL City and Guilds qualifications. The rest of the programme includes Numeracy, Employability and Enrichment and you will have the opportunity to take part in a vocational taster, such as motor vehicle, hair and beauty, construction to support your progression and help you to make choices.

Course Requirements

Entry Requirements

English and Numeracy skills, so that you can be placed in classes at the correct level.

How Is It Taught
