If You wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your course has commenced please follow the procedure set out in our Withdrawal procedure below. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 4 weeks before the course is due to commence then a full refund (less any administration fee paid and a cancellation charge of £10) will be issued.
Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to any courses which have been personalised to your specification.
Refund of fees
Where a course fails to recruit sufficient learners to run, or is closed by the College all fees paid shall be refunded. If a satisfactory alternative has been found for the learner, the fees will not be refunded.
General refunds – either in full or in part – will otherwise only be made in exceptional circumstances e.g. incapacity. Application for refunds should be addressed to the Assistant Director – Finance using the College’s ‘Refund request’ form, which is available from Admissions.
Should a learner decide to cancel their place on a course prior to its commencement, they should notify the College by writing to the Assistant Director – Finance. If this letter is received by the College prior to the course commencement date a full refund will be made, however an administration fee of £20 will be charged and deducted from the refund of fees paid.
