The term administration covers numerous tasks and a great number of them will be covered on the course. Strong computer skills are also required for this course.

Through course work over the 4 weeks

In class with experienced tutor. There is a lot of IT within the course and candidates need to have strong computer skills.

What Could I do Next

You could move into administration of backroom support roles, progress to higher administration qualifications or even be in a position to complete an access course.

What Else Do I Need To Know

This is a short 4 week course to provide customers with the tools and qualifications to enter administration work. This is also often run as a job centre plus academy where a guaranteed interview could also be offered on course completion.
