Course Summary
This work based Apprenticeship is ideal if you are working in, or want to work within a Business Administration role at an advanced level.You will gain technical knowledge and real practical experience to start your career. You will learn in the workplace, away from your workstation and have the opportunity to use the new modern facilities within the College. You will have the opportunity to practise and embed new skills in a real work context. If you do not have maths and English qualifications at the necessary level, then you will need to achieve these at Level 2 to be successful in your Apprenticeship.
Apprentices would gain a range of skills, such as, dealing with internal and external correspondence, organising meetings and events, producing documents, managing resources, managing office equipment, managing information, managing administration systems, managing office facilities and become skilled in the use of multiple IT packages. Understanding of how the business operates is integral within this Apprenticeship.
